Although this could have come as widget, the developer of Battery Checker decided to make this into a neat Samsung S8500 app.

There are five different icons which will calculate how long the phone will last if you leave it on standby, watch a movie, listen to music, have calls, or use the Wi-Fi. If you’re wondering what lasts longer than standby, it’s music playing. What lasts the least is Wi-Fi usage.

Customisation options include four battery colours, and a charging alert.
