Samsung Wave Game Review: Exciting Freekick
It’s difficult to find many good free Samsung Wave games, the only ones available that truly show the Wave’s quality are Asphalt 5 and Need for Speed Shift.
Being a soccer fanatic, I began looking for football games for me to play while on the move, or away from my PlayStation. Exciting Freekick, freely available at the Samsung Apps store, sounds…well, exciting.
I downloaded, and was presented with a landscape interface and a really vivid green pitch.
It’s a simple game, even for those who don’t understand the magic game. There isn’t much thought in it, all you have to do is kick a ball from the penalty spot and from other positions, where sometimes you will find a wall of defenders.
The gamer, in this case, you, has to add spin on the ball, and select the position on the goal where the ball should head. The goalkeeper will then attempt to save it.
For a more complex game, I believe Real Football 2010 from Gameloft sounds very in-depth, but I haven’t had the change to download it yet.
