There are some of us that believe in magic, miracles and many other superstitions. For everyone else, there is illusion, and that’s taught in this Samsung Bada app.

There is absolutely no doubt that illusion or magic tricks can be really awesome, but then there are those (such as that Arrested Development guy) who fail completely at this, either because the trick is lame, or poorly executed.

Some find them offensive, others overrated, but what’s certain is that I feel sorry for anyone who might fall for the lines found in this Bada app.

In South Africa electricity cuts, called load shedding, were quite frequent, and flashlights were very much necessary – such an app has been especially designed for the Samsung S8500.

The aim is simple, and there is very little to review here – provide light through the camera’s LED flash. Of course, this drains battery, so I suggest you to visit the PhoneRPT store and get a 3000mAh extra capacity battery for your Samsung Wave delivered to you for free!

If you travel a lot or for any other reason make constant use of third-party Wi-Fi networks, it’s useful to have some nerdy stats of them – at least that’s what the makers of this Bada app thought.

It’s difficult to sometimes find used items in good condition, or even get yours sold, and websites such as eBay aren’t the best if you lack knowledge on how to avoid scams – that’s where iBuyWeSell for the Samsung S8500 comes in.

The major difference between any action website and this app is that there is no payment involved in this side. It’s all still human contact based, you’ll have to always get in touch with the party selling the stuff in order to make the exchange. Fell comfortable yet?

Of course, …

Don’t be mislead by the ugly name, this Samsung Bada app is not a connection method to hotel phone numbers, but much, much more than that.

After the month-long absence from writing, I’ve downloaded BadaShelf for the Samsung Wave, and tried to find out why it costs around $6.

Usually simple apps stay at $0.99 only in order to make themselves look more affordable to users who might not always need them. Such should be the case of this program, which, even though it looks very intuitive, turns out to be pretty much useless.
